The Color Purple Inspires

Junior Academy students had the opportunity to attend a performance of The Color Purple at the Fox Theater. The production is based on the Pulitzer Prize winning novel by Alice Walker and the movie by Stephen Spielberg and starring Oprah Winfrey.

The Color Purple is the story of a woman who finds the strength to triumph over adversity and discovers her unique voice in the world.
